The telephone is a great ministry tool because it allows immediate feedback and clarification for both questions and answers. We supply live phone support to address ministry issues in the light of ToolBox thinking. This will give you access to one of our ministry professionals who has a practical understanding of how to address issues on the field. Software Help


The ToolBox comes with several layers of help for you. The built-in help system is in Acrobat Reader (pdf) format and allows you to search for the exact spot you need. Generally speaking, you won't need the help system very often because of the extensive use of 'wizards' that show you the way through every function one step at a time. This user-oriented approach allows inexperienced users to quickly move through the steps necessary to make use of the thousands of pages of built-in and modifiable materials.

Activation and
Registration


We strongly recommend that you activate and register your software at your earliest convenience. In any case, you must do so within 30 days of installing the software. The Ministry ToolBox Special Edition will not work at all until activated. more>>

Downloads

Registered users can download product updates as they are available. From time to time minor changes will occur in the software. It is important that you take advantage of these updates to assure the integrity of your data and the most smooth running software possible. An update is a free service. An upgrade in comparison is moving from one version of the software another. more>>

We are more than a software company. The ideas we promote and the systems we have created are driven from many years of first-hand ministry experience from both pastoral and parachurch perspectives. However, we are a software company as well and do all our own computer programming in house. We have direct access to the people who can supply the help you need.
