CGR is a service-oriented ministry. Subject to availability, our staff conduct conferences, consultations and training in a variety of contexts from large group to individual training via the Internet. Regional Training Schools Intensive training sessions are scheduled on a regional basis. These sessions are usually one to five days in length. Days three, four and five provide interactive teaching at a computer with a minimum of ten and a maximum of twenty participants. The fastest way to implement a ToolBox driven agenda is to take part in one of these sessions and get a head start. more>>				Leadership Conferences CGR initiates and participates in Leadership Conferences designed for the ongoing education of ministry leaders. A leadership conference can be a single or multi-church event. In these conferences the latest trends and opportunities are presented by Bruce Scott, President of Church Growth Resources and creator of the Ministry ToolBox Management System. more>>
Onsite Consultation We provide onsite consultation to extend your church staff capability and help walk the church through a strategic planning exercise. While the stakeholders do the actual decision making, data inputting is shared between the church and Church Growth Resources. The consultant energizes, focuses and informs the decision-making process. He also provides verbal and written analysis through the entire process. more>>				Online Consultation Our online consultation provides 20 hours of specific training on the use of the ToolBox system and the ToolBox strategic planning process. While the stakeholders do the actual decision making and data development and entry on the field, the consultant online energizes and keeps the process ontrack. This is a cost-effective fast-track consultation process. more>>
