Behind any successful product or program there are dedicated people who bring that vision to reality. Here is a little information about some of the key players who have participated in creating The Ministry ToolBox family of products. Others have added advice along the way, some on a paid consulting basis and some on a goodwill basis. In addition, many denominational partners have added their distinct perspective to keep the development focused to their needs and interests. All of this has required the careful administrative work of several people behind the scenes with everything from editing and proofreading to accounting and general office work.

Ministry Vision   Bruce Scott's vision to create a system to help busy vocational church workers and pastors get more productivity out of their day led him piece by piece to move more and more of his extensive church and consulting system into computer-enabled solutions. Bruce often says, 'Ministry is not complicated but it is complex.' Each part is relatively easy to manage on its own but the church world becomes very complex when you take people and programs that are used to 'doing their own thing' and attempt to integrate them together to gain maximum impact. That integration is what the ToolBox achieves in a way that cannot be completed by even the most ambitious, intelligent and organized individual unaided by the ToolBox. more>>				Executive Profiles Over a hundred years of combined vocational ministry experience have been brought to bear on the development of the ToolBox to assist churches to fulfill thier biblical mandate. While there has been significant involvement over the years with parachurch organizations, denominations and theological institutions, the heartbeat of our involvement is at the grass roots with the local church. Bruce Scott, president of Church Growth Resources and his son Darryl from the outset have supplied the driving force and coordination of the project.
