Sales
Knowledgeable sales staff is always available to explain what our systems do. Other software packages cover the tip of the iceberg with what is in essence church directory and contributions information. While the ToolBox handles some of these functions smoothly, there is so much more to explain. You will not feel pressured to purchase on your first call. You may need some time to decide or samples to show others who are involved in the decision with you.

Training
There are two issues to address that intertwine with each other. The one is understanding the software we provide. The other is understanding the ministry dimensions one may address with the software tool. Our training components address both these issues. Technical
Phone Support
We supply phone support for any technical issues related to our software. While almost all glitches in performance have something to do with the user's machine and/or operating system, we can help you sort out where to look if any problems you encounter are not native to our own software.
If there is a problem with our software we will normally have it fixed for you within 24 - 48 hours. An update is immediately available through the downloands section of this website.
